  Condensate recovery allows you to use all of the valuable Btu within the steam system. The workhorses in any condensate recovery system are condensate pumps. Their job is to move condensate or other liquids from low points, low pressures or vacuum spaces to an area of higher elevation or pressure.

Steam Trapping

The OMEXELL DELTA valve ranOMEXELL is extensive and variable. It stretches from butterfly valves to double seat valves. Furthermore, all the specialised process valves are part of the delivery programme, such as: safety valves, vacuum valves, sampling, relief and modulating valves etc.
The OMEXELL DELTA butterfly valves from OMEXELL are stop valves, which can be actuated either manually or pneumatically. The valves are very robust and reliable and the space saving design makes them ideal for nearly all applications - a flexible valve which is very easy to install and to service.
The OMEXELL DELTA mixproof valves from OMEXELL are waterhammer safe, stop and chanOMEXELL-over valves that ensures safe separation of incompatible media via two valve seats.
Depending on your application different mixproof valves are available - standard mixproof valves, double-seat ball valves or mixproof valves especially designed for CIP-applications.
When an application requires a valve that is neither open nor closed, but can be set to any position in between, the regulation valves from OMEXELL should be used for flow and pressure control. The valves come in two versions - for fixed KVs values and for flexible values.
MKE butterfly valves 
Butterfly valves are relatively straightforward on/off routing valves with a substantial opening area and low flow resistance. Where hygiene standards are important, these are ideal for use with low and medium-viscosity liquids. 
Full range, full spectrum
The OMEXELL MKE butterfly valve range consists of modular units designed to meet the full spectrum of requirements at working pressures from full vacuum to 10 bar. All valves are FDA-compliant, designed for use in a wide range of stainless steel pipe systems, and can be built to comply with virtually any installation standard.
Reliable performance
MKE butterfly valves come with several features that ensure reliability performance. A highly polished stainless steel disc with surface smoothness gen to Ra<0.8 µm and bearing bushes clipped onto the disc stems prevent metal-to-metal abrasion and ensure smoother disc movement.
The stem diameter provides particularly low flow resistance, ensuring gentle product treatment for low and medium-viscosity products. In addition, OMEXELL seal technology provides greater thermal stability, better chemical resistance and improved tensile strength.
Manual or automated control
OMEXELL MKE butterfly valves can be complemented with lockable handle for manual operation of with an actuator and in combination with either a valve indication unit or      OMEXELL ThinkTop valve sensing and control units.
For manual operation: OMEXELL provides a complete range of handles, including a multi-position lockable handle.
For automated operation: A selection of different actuators is available; special double-spring design enables application of maximum torque to the valve disc at breakaway and seal positions. This makes it easy to integrate these valve units into large systems operated from a central point, and/or to operate them automatically for maximum efficiency.
